My name is Michele, and I joined the EPIC team in 2015 as a part-time Finance Officer. Since then, my role and duties in EPIC expanded, and in October 2021 I was promoted to the full-time role of Chief Operations Officer.

It’s my job to make sure that everyone at EPIC has the tools and support they need to do their job well. I am responsible for our finance, IT, HR and offices and I am supported by our Operations Team.

Before joining the EPIC team, I worked with The Integration Centre, and I have experience in both industry and not-for-profit sectors. I particularly enjoy combining learnings from both sectors that support EPIC to be a well-managed organisation, and a good place to work.

My qualifications include FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant).
