If you are renting and need advice about any issues, problems or concerns you have, you can contact Threshold’s free advice services. They can advise you on your rights and entitlements as a renter, and what your landlord’s obligations to you as a tenant are.

FLAC – Promoting access to justice
FLAC is an independent organisation that helps people to understand and access their legal rights. It offers basic legal assistance for free via a telephone, online, or at Legal Advice Clinics.

Community Law & Mediation
CLM operates in Dublin and Limerick and is open to everyone. It provides free legal advice in the areas of employment, social welfare and housing, as well as family law and environmental justice.

The Legal Aid Board
The Legal Aid Board (LAB) is an independent statutory body responsible for the provision of civil legal aid and advice. LAB can give you advice about your legal problem and help you try to solve it, furthermore, if you need to go to court, they may be able to provide you with a solicitor and/or barrister to represent you.

This Independent Law Centre provides early legal advice and representation to people in the early stages of the asylum process. The Irish Refugee Council also provide a free Drop-In Centre, which offers advice and support on matters relating to the asylum process.
